So far: 1. I have not figured out how to upload photos to DA. 2. I have seen a lot of good photographers trying to find out how to make a career out of this thing (photography). Your stuff, dear Arpashad, is good, but you need to find an outlet. I imagine there are lots of fashion mags in India now. That's your outlet. Get your portfolio together and go call on them.
I don't know anything about Indian markets. But I suggest you get your portfolio and submit it to magazines that you think are the right type for your style. (Maybe you need to do more girls and less boys - girls are more popular for some reason).
Your work is great, do you ever take commissions, art-trades, etc?

Well an art-trade is just an exchange of requests. For example, if you and I were doing an art trade, I'd ask you for a piece of free art, and I'd give you free art in return for what you made me.
Commissions are harder for me to tell you about because I personally have no experience with it yet. But it is basically where people pay you to make art according to how they want the art. Does that make sense?
